Nicholas also had his cat tattooed by Nadia and was struck by the realism, and he says the team went beyond expectations to help with a surprise booking for his fiancée, including a special card.

Nervous first-timers feel looked after. Kwandile says Shelby calmed every nerve on a first-ever tattoo and describes her as intuitive and very talented. Gary, also on his first, says the team eased him into it and made him comfortable.
