• Knowledgeable, gentle piercing. Zena said Breda helped her choose jewellery by size, shape and colour, checked placement in the mirror first, and suggested doing her daith before her helix so the fresh helix would not be knocked. She found both quick and far less painful than expected. Donna, a repeat client, also describes Breda as calm and reassuring.
• Kindness with children. Gabriella's daughter had her second ear piercings here, and Gabriella said the team explained everything and answered all her daughter's questions.
• Jewellery choice. Amy keeps returning partly for the quality and look of the jewellery, and Zena and Donna both mention a good selection on display.
• Tattoo design help. Danny brought a rough idea to Dominique, who refined it into a design meant to age well and followed up a few days later to check on healing.

Good to know before you book

Several reviewers booked through WhatsApp and say replies were fast, with Zena fitted into the schedule at short notice. Expect follow-up after your visit: Zena, Donna and Danny all received check-in messages, and Danny was offered a touch-up if one was needed. Zena's tip about the order of piercings is worth raising if you plan more than one in the same ear. None of the reviews here raise complaints.
